Dear valued clients,

At our salon, we have the following policies for the convenience of both our clients and our salon.

• We are not responsible for any of your personal items.

• Gift certificates are non - refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• We only guarantee 7 days for any services.

• If you are more than 10 minutes late for an appointment, we may cancel your appointment.

• We do not refunds on services. However, we will try our best to address your issues with the service itself, if any.

• Please tip in cash only, we greatly appreciate it.

• All sales are final
